RED CROSS TRAINING
RED CROSS LIFEGUARD CERTIFICATION
This course is designed to teach you everything you need to know to start your career as a certified lifeguard. Through videos, group discussion, and hands-on practice, you'll learn teamwork, professional rescue and surveillance skills, First Aid, CPR/AED and other skills needed to work as a Certified Lifeguard.
Requirements for the Course
Must be 15 years of age an attend every class. Participants will have to swim 300 yards without stopping using Breast Stroke and Freestyle. They will also have to tread water for 2 mins without arms, and the timed “Brick Test” participant must swim 20 yards submerge 7-10 ft retrieve an object and swim it back on their back keeping their head above water.

With an emphasis on hands-on learning, our First Aid/CPR/AED courses give you the skills to save a life. All course options align with OSHA’s Best Practices for Workplace First Aid Training Programs and are available in the classroom and blended learning formats.

American Red Cross Babysitter's Training
Jump-start your teen's first business! Participants will learn the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants. This training will help participants to develop leadership skills; learn to develop a babysitting business, keep themselves and others safe and help children behave; and learn about basic child care and first aid.
