Ab Attack Class
Ab attack classes or abdominal conditioning classes can be a great addition to your regular fitness regime. Ab classes focus exclusively on the abdominal region of the body.
Aqua Fit gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. This class takes place in our heated indoor pools. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during this shallow water class. Integrating fun and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Fit blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

Total Body Interval
Total Body Interval is a challenging and dynamic conditioning class that focuses on toning your body through resistance exercises and cardio intervals. Exercises will be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Be prepared to work all your muscles!
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow is a form of yoga where the breath connects the movement from pose to pose. The breath is a critical part of the practice helping to warm the body and enabling a focused, steady state of mind. This practice is a continual flow from one pose to the next with most poses held for several breaths. The practice moves from sun salutations to standing, seated, reclined, and finishing poses.
A high intensity, endurance building water aerobics class. The class also includes strength training and stretching. This water workout is designed for those who desire an intense workout. Free to members.
