Ab Attack Class

Ab attack classes or abdominal conditioning classes can be a great addition to your regular fitness regime. Ab classes focus exclusively on the abdominal region of the body.



Aqua Fit


Aqua Fit gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. This class takes place in our heated indoor pools. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during this shallow water class. Integrating fun and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Fit blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

SilverSneakers® Classic


A fun exercise chair-based class designed to increase strength, range of motion, balance, coordination, functional capabilities, physical fitness, and sense of well-being. Classes are appropriate for individuals who are fit and active, as well as those who are sedentary, intimidated, entering a post-rehabilitation program, or unfamiliar with exercise.

Tabata Ride


Tabata Ride is a 20-30 mid to high-intensity cycling class that will push you mentally and physically. This class will utilize a variety of exercises in Tabata intervals to increase your aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, and resting metabolic rate. In simple terms, you will burn a ton of calories, get stronger, leaner, and healthier.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga


Vinyasa Flow is a form of yoga where the breath connects the movement from pose to pose. The breath is a critical part of the practice helping to warm the body and enabling a focused, steady state of mind. This practice is a continual flow from one pose to the next with most poses held for several breaths. The practice moves from sun salutations to standing, seated, reclined, and finishing poses.



Water Bootcamp


This class includes strength training and stretching. This water workout is designed for those who desire an intense workout.

Yoga Plus


A Vinyasa-style flow yoga class integrating both yoga and Pilates designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing stress.  Pilates focuses on your core which includes hips, abdominals, back, and shoulders.  This is a more athletic yoga practice, so be prepared to sweat. 



Aqua Abs


This class is designed to tighten & tone the core muscles. 15-30 minute workout focuses on the abs & lower back. This is a great way to do abdominal exercises without extra stress on your body & joints.
