FAMILY COOKING CLASS
Nutrition is at the heart of a healthy lifestyle. It affects our energy, our stress, the impact of exercise, and our ability to think clearly. There are many that don't know where to start. The Y is here to help! Come eager and hungry to learn the art of cooking delicious meals on a budget. Eat healthy. Live healthy.

Children and adults (10 yrs old and up) can have fun while learning the basics of SCUBA! Taught by a trained professional, you will enjoy the dos and don'ts of scuba diving in a small group setting at Malabar Pool!

YOUTH & FAMILY CONDITIONING
Have fun while improving your health. This class is packed with activities designed to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility while developing life-long fitness skills. Class is free for members and $5 for non-members.
KIDS NIGHT OUT
Everyone deserves a fun night out once in a while, including the kids! Let the YMCA be your babysitter so that you can have a parents’ night out! Children develop social skills, creativity, and self-confidence as they enjoy activities like gym games, swimming, arts and crafts, playtime, stories, and a light meal. Space is limited, and children must be 5-12 years of age to participate.

Do you enjoy competition? Enjoy this 5-week Racquetball lesson program. Racquetball is a popular indoor racquet sport where players use a specially designed racket to play with a hollow rubber ball in an indoor court. Players hit the ball to the wall alternating in use of their rackets without obstructing their opponent.
