No-Line Boot Dancing

A low impact class for new and seasoned line dancers. Requires a soft shoe.

Turbo Kick

This class is designed to give the ultimate cardiovascular workout complete with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength and endurance training.

Power Circuit

This class combines warm-up, longer cardio segments (on and off the running track) and shorter, fast moving strength segments using free weights and resistance bands to create a total body conditioning work out to burn fat and create muscle endurance and definition.

Basic Training

This class will alternate intervals of beginning to intermediate choreographed cardio and step with strength training exercises for a full body workout that is both challenging and fun.

A short warm-up followed by a challenging segment targeting oblique and transverse abs (& back) to attain a defined 6-pack look.

A challenging high-low workout combining floor cardio, boot camp, step and endurance toning exercise for a total body workout.

Choreographed low impact routine with a dance flare along with work on muscle toning and range of motion.

Ball & Bands

This program is ideal for all fitness levels. It is a great way to cross-train and add variety to your workout. The exercises help develop functional strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.

Power Cycling
